Before leaving, I didn’t want to miss the chance for a second session — this time I tried acupuncture. Surprisingly, it was nothing like the Chinese acupuncture I’d experienced before, which often felt painful. This time, it was gentle and effective. Jodi was very attentive to my condition and also shared useful insights I could carry with me throughout the rest of my journey. I can’t recommend The English Osteopath highly enough! I’ve been seeing Rachael in particular a number of years - the latest for a knee injury I’d struggled with for two months, having physio 3 times a week which didn’t make things any easier.
